I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy for a studio apartment located in Stretford. Below are the details about the property and surrounding area:

Property Details:

• Rent: £650 per month (excluding bills)
• Outdoor Spaces: Parking available in the compound and additional off-street parking.
• Bills: Council Tax Band A ; bills are not included. Fast internet is available, and I have already paid the water bills with United Utilities through March 2025 (no refund required). You will need to cover the electricity bill of with E. on Next (or switch providers).
