Brand new double room

I have recently refurbished a 3 bed house and have a double room available.

I’m also living in the house. There is no en-suite but there are 2 toilets one upstairs and one downstairs.

Everything is brand new and you will have a brand new bed, mattress and carpet.

The house is a 2 minute walk to Tesco, Lidle and the bus stop to go straight into city centre.

Salford quays is a short walk away as well as White City retail park and gyms: NRG, The gym, pure and Stretford leisure centre.

There is on street parking - but during match days you can’t park on the street.

Everything is brand new so a few house rules:

No shoes
No smoking inside

The bathroom is shared so someone clean and respectful.

About you:
Female, clean and tidy, professional. I don’t mind you putting a TV in the room.

open to 7 days short stays.

All bills included.

About me: I’m 35, from Manchester in marketing. My schedule is very fluid I’m in and out of the house at different times but tend to cosy up on the sofa most evenings.

For me it’s really important it’s the right fit and we both get along but respect each other’s space as well.
