Housemate wanted for double room in Stretford!

Hi! My name's Skye (she/her), i currently live in the property, and my friend Max (he/him) who starts his Screen Writing masters in September are looking for a housemate! We would prefer to live with someone who wants to be our friend too, would like to watch TV and hang out or just have a cup of tea. We are queer, neurodivergent and vegetarian so someone who ticks any of these boxes would be awesome! No big pet's allowed. Undergraduate student's not suitable. We love nature and music so someone who doesn't mind me blasting it in the kitchen is preferred.

The room available is the biggest double in the house. The property comes very furnished (lot's of desks to chose from), has a dinning room, front patio has space for a small car, and back garden with shed for bikes and gardening tools. A small rear conservatory with a washing line and plenty of space for plants. A medium size kitchen with under-stairs pantry storage, washing machine and kitchen table. A dinning room which is currently used a hobby room. Front room with two sofas, coffee table my TV. Shared bathroom with shower and bath. The house is massive with plenty of storage for shoes and coats in the hallway and mini porch.

Council Tax: Band B (£53 each, subject to change due), Wifi £8 each pcm, electric and gas £30-50 (depending on the month), Water £12-20 depending on usage. We are on a smart meter.

There's a big Tesco on our doorstep. Lidl, Aldi, M&S Foodhall, Home-bargains, Iceland and two gyms all 5-7 minutes walk away. Old Trafford tram stop is 7 minutes walk away and 3 buses towards the centre is the around the corner.
