Double bedroom and a small lounge solely for you

I’m looking for a dog lover to share my house with as I’m a dog Walker and have dogs coming to stay in the house. I have a large double bedroom available newly decorated and furnished with a view over the garden. Also there is a small lounge for sole use of the tennant upstairs but of course you can also use the Lounge downstairs. Shared bathroom and kitchen and there is a large garden too. I have an elderly dog myself a lovely springer spaniel. Im looking for a mature lodger that enjoys being around dogs and I would consider someone who has a dog if it is good with other dogs. The house is 10 minutes walk from Stretford Mall and 5 minutes walk to the metro station and 15 mins walk into Chorlton with great access to the motorway
