Double room with en-suite to rent in Stretford

Hi, we’re looking to replace our housemate who’s moving away. So we have one large double room available with an en-suite. The room can be furnished or unfurnished depending on your preference. We have the house on a rolling flexible contract with the landlords happy for us to continue there which we prefer rather than a fixed contract so there’s no 12 month minimum however there is a 2 month notice period.

We just ask that you pay your rent up front each month along with the bills as we won’t require a deposit. However we will hold interviews for the room to decide who would fit in the house best as we are friends so do expect to get along with whoever we live with.

There is a shared living room, kitchen room and plenty of space for parking. Bills will be split evenly between the 3 of us and yourselves. This includes gas, electricity, water, broadband, cleaner and council tax. Roughly about 100 a month.

The house itself is a 10 minute walk to Stretford tram stop, 15 minute walk to Firswood tram stop and about a 20 minute walk to Stretford Tesco.

We are a sociable house and would like someone who is easy to get on with. We work a mix of hours as we work in hospitality, care and corporate.
