Hiya, I’ve got a fully furnished double bedroom available in my cosy flat in Stretford, really near chorlton. Ideally I am looking for someone who is chill, clean and sociable but also happy in their own space. Non-smoking home.

- Furnished double bedroom with bed and wardrobe. I also have a desk you can put in if needed.
- There is a brand new kitchen with dishwasher and loads of storage
- The flat has a nice shared bathroom with shower and bath
- Theres flat has a private patio/terrace area which is lovely for drinks and sunbathing in the summer
- Plenty of free parking
- Wifi is speedy
- Loads of plants and cosy, ive tried to make it really homely.

📍Location:
- The flat is on a lovely street right by Longford park and Turn Moss/ river mersey, theres so much green space around
- Its a 15 minute walk to chorlton centre and to beech road
- 5 minute walk from stretford tram stop
- 15 minute walk to firswood tram
- On/close to bus routes to the unis/oxford road, didsbury, stockport and trafford general

- You’d be sharing with me, Katie (29). I bought the flat 3 years ago and have had lodgers ever since. Ive had 2 most of the time but now dropping down to just one lodger.
- I am a PhD student in my second year so am fairly busy with work.
- Im quite chilled, easygoing and sometimes have friends over but not super often.
- Ideally Im looking for someone for the short term, 3 to 6 months, but I would consider longer for the right person.
- Flexible move in date
- I would also consider pets

The rent includes some bills. We can have a conversation about electrics as it can vary a bit. I don’t pay council tax as I am technically a student so if you work full time you’d need to organise that.
