Double room close to town

Double room available. I’ve lived with my current tenant for almost 4 years but I’m looking for someone more like a friend who sometimes wants to watch TV and have a wine on a Friday. I’m not asking that you be in my pocket but I would like to spend some time with the person I live with and I’m looking to make this change. I’m a teacher so I’m not out until late in the week. I have a good balance between sometimes going out and staying in. I keep my house clean and will expect you to do some cleaning each week so we both live in a respectful house.
