Spacious double room in 2 bed house

Helloo, I’m looking for a housemate for a 2 bed house that I am renting. It is is on a quiet road just off Chester Road about 15 minute walk from Old Trafford tram stop and 15 minute walk from Stretford Mall. There is a bus stop at the end of the road that takes you directly to Piccadilly gardens. There’s on street parking just outside the house, which you can get a free permit for. There is a gravel back yard with a shed to store bikes in.

The bedroom on offer is a double sized room. The room is part furnished, with a chest of drawers and bedside table.

The house has 2 living spaces downstairs; a living room and a dining room. The dining room is connected to a kitchen with a utility room out the back and a cupboard under the stairs for storage. There is also a spare box room upstairs for guests to stay or to store extra things.

I am renting from a lovely couple who own the property and I have been in this house for 3 years now. I am a young professional, outgoing with strong social connections in Manchester. I love football, music, board games and love being with people so am often seeing friends or filling my evenings with activities.

I work from home 3/4 days a week so I’ll often be in during the daytime.

I'm looking for someone who I will get on with well and we can have a chat but also someone who has their own hobbies and interests.
