Spacious double room in house share

Helloo, I’m looking for a housemate for a 2 bed house that I am renting. It is is on a quiet road just off Chester Road about 15 minute walk from Old Trafford tram stop and 15 minute walk from Stretford Mall. There is a bus stop at the end of the road that takes you directly to Piccadilly gardens. There’s on street parking just outside the house, which you can get a free permit for. There is a decent sized gravel garden with a shed to store bikes in.

The room is a furnished room as I have furnished the house myself.

The house has 2 big living spaces downstairs; a living room and a dining room. The dining room is connected to a big kitchen with a utility room out the back and a cupboard under the stairs for storage. There is also a spare room upstairs for guests to stay or to store extra things. The bedroom on offer is pretty big and fully furnished although if you wanted to bring your stuff I can get rid of things.

I am renting from a lovely couple who own the property and have been in this house for 3 years now. I am a young professional, outgoing with strong social connections in Manchester. I love football, music, board games and am very sociable.

The house is a smart, modern, clean property with space for parking and a garden to the rear! I work from home sometimes so I’ll often be in during the daytime.

The room is available because my housemate of 2 years is moving out to get married.
