Room: south facing double room. Unfurnished but current housemate is happy to sell their double bed frame.

House: large 3/4 bedroom terrace house with 3 bathrooms, living and dining room and large separate kitchen, and a small garden. 🪴 🛏️

Location: quiet street facing a park in Stretford. <5 min walk to Aldi, <10 min walk to tram stop and frequent busses to town and Chorlton/Trafford. 🚌

About us: you would be living with Howell (26, they/them), Ellia (27, she/her). We are both into queer football, going to the pub (and the club), and film nights. We’re also a couple. Howell is a healthcare student and Ellia is finishing her PhD. 📚🍻🎬

We’d like a social house with some communal cooking and hanging out when our lives allow (though we also value our time and space as individuals!), so we’re looking for a housemate who wants to be part of a social household. 🏠
