We are looking for a professional male or female to join this friendly, clean, and tidy house-share.
The house is just 5 minutes’ walk from many local bars and shops, as well as Stretford Mall and - for people that love working out - Pure Gym is just around the corner. The popular bars and restaurants of Chorlton are within walking distance.

The house is located next to several bus routes and Stretford Metro link Station which makes it a short journey to many other places such as Manchester City Centre, Salford Quays, Altrincham, and the Trafford Centre.

The Room: this cosy double bedroom comes fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, dresser, desk and chair and bed-side table. All bills are included in the monthly rent, so you won't need to worry about any extra payments: Council Tax, Utilities (Gas, Electric, Water), Broadband, Virgin
media TV with TV sockets in all rooms. We even provide a weekly cleaner for the communal areas to keep the house spic and span! The house also has a large shared lounge, kitchen (2 fridge/freezers, individual kitchen storage space for each housemate), two bathrooms and a quiet back garden for sunny days.
