Double Room in Stretford near Trafford Park

Helloo, I have a spare double room, furnished with lift-up bed for storage, desk and drawers in a lgbtq+ household. I am in the process of buying a wardrobe and chair for the desk which will be ready for when you move in. Happy to get anything else specific you'd like and you're more than welcome to add your own decorations, I can add anything you need for frames etc.

Kitchen: Breakfast bar, washer and a dryer (I can only reliably dry clothes in the garden about 3 months of the year), washing machine and cupboard storage.
Living Room: TV, sofa, record player, desk.
Garden: Large back south facing garden with a lockable shed if you'd like to keep your bike in it if you cycle.
Bathroom: Shared with a walk in shower.
I have off-street driveway parking.

About me: I moved to Manchester 5 years ago and work in landscape architecture. I have made some great friends who I will have over for tea now and then and love it here (so committed to buying a house!), it's still a bit of a work in progress and I am trying to make it as cosy as possible. I used to live in Ancoats and feel the spare room is wasted so would like to live with someone that is friendly and share the odd meal with.

I like bouldering at depot (~20 mins walk away) and music gigs, festivals and an occasional rave. I go to the PureGym in Stretford which is 15 minutes down the road most morning before work and do extended hours so usually out of the house quite early. Over summer I usually cycle in 3-4 times a week (25 minutes into town) and work from home a bit more in the cold and dark (15 minute walk and 20 minute tram into town). Please be lgbtq+ friendly.
