Double room in a sunny 3-bed house. The house is 10 mins cycle to Chorlton and just over the road from Stretford tram stop.

Built-in wardrobe and king-size bed with Simba mattress, but no problem if you prefer to bring your own bed. Shared living room, dining room, bathroom with bath and shower, kitchen (dishwasher, clothes dryer, etc). Lockable bike shed in the back yard.

£690 all bills included (wifi, gas/electric, water, council tax band B). It will be a lodger's contract, not a tenancy.

By bike 12 mins to Media City and also right by the canal where you can join Fallowfield Loop. Great bus links because they all go past the old mall. We're right by Victoria Park, 5 mins walk to King Street shops and restaurants, Aldi, Pure gym, the new cinema, plus decent pubs - Head, Longford Tap etc.

We're looking for a working professional, 30+, friendly, clean, and considerate. It's a calm, relaxed house, quiet in the week. You'll be living with Lucy, live-in landlady. She's really easy to get on with, into music, hiking, camping, parkrun, pubs. I don't live there. Our two current lodgers are moving in with their boyfriends after 3-4 years in the house.

The room is available April 11th but we can be flexible.
