I have a double room for rent along with your own living room/lounge on the Stretford/Chorlton border. The bedroom and lounge are both a good size and are partially furnished in an Edwardian/ early 20th century house with character

The bedroom has a double bed, and wall side wardrobe with lots of storage. There are two lounges on the ground floor so both tenants have their own space to relax in. Your lounge has a leather sofa, a TV and table and a small coffee table

Please bear in mind that in the advertised photos of the bedroom and lounge, most of the stuff belongs to the current tenant.

The shared kitchen and bathroom are well proportioned with the kitchen benefitting from the following fixtures: Large Range cooker, washing machine and tumble dryer, dish washer, microwave, breakfast bar/dining table. The bathroom has a double shower and bath and there is also a new combi boiler fitted. There is plenty of storage space in the cellar if needed too.

The rent includes all bills comprising of gas, electric, water, council tax, WiFi broadband (50mb super hub) and TV license. You would be sharing the house with one other tenant who also has their own living room downstairs directly below their bedroom.

The house is located 5 minutes walk from Stretford Metrolink as well as convenient bus routes to the city centre. It's also only a 15/20 minute walk to all the nice bars and restaurants in near by Chorlton
