Big double room in Victorian Terrace

I have a room available for around four months (could be longer depends on when my partner's house sells). The house is close to the motorway, Metro and shops, this is a 4m x 4m double room. All the rooms in the house are big, there's a shared lounge, dining room, [excellent] kitchen, bathroom etc.

I'm very laid back. I usually work from home. I have a couple of cats, so you must like or at least tolerate felines! I like socialising with my lodger, I've made some great friends doing this. I go out to gigs, comedy clubs, pubs etc, my partner is here every other weekend and I'm at hers on the weekends she's not here.

I don't care about age, race, sexual orientation etc. All are welcome.

There's a decent garden, it's green out the back, a lot of what you can see is trees. The area is quiet and safe and really handy for all amenities and transport links.

All bills are included, there's fibre Internet and wi-fi, a TV, DVDs etc. There's a spare, big TV you could have in your room if you wanted too.

I'm moving into a house with my partner once she's sold hers, but will still be here for four months at least. I'd be happy to do rolling weekly contract if that would suit.
