Lovely double room in nice flat,2 mins from tram.

Hi got 2 double rooms to let in a really nice flat/spot, 5mins from the shops, 2mins from the tram, and 20-25mins walk to the bars in Chorlton, theres is only 1 car space with the flat but i dont drive so its yours if nobody beats you to it, large front room with sat tv. Not too worried about age, gender what you eat ect, just looking for people i can get along with and have mutaul respect, proberly not looking to have any partys but we're all entitled to friends and lovers. I work night shifts so would like it not too noisey in the day, but got ear plugs so you wouldnt have to tip toe, just be aware.
