Description
We are looking for two friendly and laid-back housemates to join our houseshare in Stretford. (10min walk from the tram stop, and there are plenty of buses that will take you into the city centre).
The house includes x3 bedrooms, and we are looking for someone to replace our previous housemate, and a good sized double.
The house includes; two living rooms, a kitchen, cellar, and garden for the summer.
Bills are not included in the rent and we each pay £95 a month which covers everything, including Council Tax.
There is also on-street parking if you have a car (reserved for permit holders only when there is a football match at Old Trafford).
Penny (me) the LandLady lives in Cardiff, so I am not around as much as I would like. But the two ladies who currently live in the house are Claire (High-School Teacher) and Sarah (Manager). Claire has been in the house for 5 years and is now moving out. Sarah has been there for 6 months.
