Large Double Bed Room Available

Hello,

I have a large double bedroom (currently semi furnished) available in a 3 bed house with a garden, all bills included (rent, gas, electricity, water, council tax and broadband).
Large kitchen and dining area, living room and toilet separate to bathroom.

Whilst living here we have added lots of homely touches to the house and created a space which I hope has a relaxed and inviting atmosphere.

You will be living with myself, Theone and her nice dog called Otter. We are easy going and friendly but also respect personal space.

We are both pretty creative in various ways and are often seen making things and chatting about making things, books, artists and sometimes politics.

I work nights and the odd day here or there so you will have the house to yourself quite abit.

Who are we looking for?

Somebody clean, tidy and respectful.
Not fussed on gender or orientation but someone which is creative/open minded and easy to talk to.
