Rent includes all bills (except gas and electric). The bills it covers is council tax, water, TV licence, broadband, contribution to cleaner and cleaning products/toilet roll/washing up liquid.
Gas and electric will be paid direct to me once the bill comes out. (Approx £40 a month). The bill will be split equally 3 ways. It is an energy efficient house.
