Deposit is £300. Not suitable for couples. Looking for a male lodger. No students. No smokers. Must be working full time.

The house has a bathroom in the middle floor and you would share this with one other person. (I have my own en suite in the top floor).
Rent includes all bills except gas and electric and it also includes toilet roll, bin liners, washing up liquid, cleaning products and a cleaner who comes twice a month.
Gas and electric bill will be paid every 2 months direct to me once the bill comes out. (Approx £40 to £50 a month). You will receive a copy of the bill. The bill will be split equally 3 ways.
Clean and quiet house. Plenty of free off road parking. Near Stretford tram stop (12 minute walk), M60, Trafford Park train station (2 minutes walk), Tescos and Trafford Centre.
