We are Jason and Bath. We are both professionals who work full time (Mon-Fri 9-5). We like relaxing, cooking, keeping fit, going for drinks, seeing theatre and seeing friends. Looking for a Female housemate to keep the balance.
We are looking for a non smoker in full time employment.
£545 per month, - the room is furnished with double bed and wardrobe, a set of drawers, bedside table and the bathroom outside the room.
It's terrace house with nice thick walls so quiet, a south facing garden with patio area which is maintained with garden furniture in the summer. Kitchen with washing/dryer machine, gas cooker, a large fridge freezer, Lounge with TV, Basement for Storage which is great for keeping bikes etc in and a spare room for guests, which we double up as a laundry room as who wants damp laundry everywhere.
Can be slightly flexible with move in dates
TV, Internet, Gas, Electric, Water, council tax FULLY INCLUSIVE.
Fantastic location in Stretford, a few minutes walk from ALDI which is very convenient. 0.5 miles (10min walk) from tram and 25 mins walk to Chorlton. Easy links to the M60 and public transport to get easily to the city centre and Trafford Centre.
Free parking on the street.
