Double room, £370 PCM including bills

Hi,

I'm Sam and I live with my partner Abbi. We have a spare double room in our house in Swinton. We have two medium sized dogs, they're both cuddly and friendly. They're not allowed upstairs so won't be in your personal space.

Our house is near a park, and is only 3 minutes walk away from the bus stop (Manchester, Salford Quays Media City). We have several supermarkets a few minutes walk away, and there's plenty of local pubs and a few restaurants. We're not far from Monton and Worsley, and love to take the dogs to Worsley Woods..

Our current neighbours are quiet, and there are no neighbours opposite.

We have a small garden, smoking is allowed in the garden, but strictly no smoking in the house. quite happy if you'd like to have some pots in the garden.

We have an active lifestyle, we're both busy most of the time. Sunday night to Friday afternoon is pretty quiet in the house as we both work, sometimes from home.

The room is furnished with a double bed (it has plenty of room underneath for storage), a single wardrobe, and a chest of drawers with a mirror. It's cosy and simple, and probably best suited to a Monday to Friday let due to limited storage.

The lounge is shared, we like to listen to music and watch films, but we don't have a TV (yet). The kitchen has a dining table and we love to have dinner around the table when we're all in.

We're looking for a professional person to take the room on a Monday to Friday basis, however if you don't have too much stuff, and are looking for a short term arrangement we could help. we would also consider a student if you're not interested in school night parties! All bills are included, which means electricity, gas, water,
broadband, and council tax.
