KING size room, stylish house in very nice area!

I am renting out a KING sized room (bigger than a double room) in my house I own. The room is much bigger than a normal "double" measuring over 15 foot by 12 foot! It also has a King sized bed in not just a normal double. Available immediately. The room is in a friendly & a highly contemporary finished Victorian house. I am seeking a nice clean, tidy & easy going housemate.

The room is tastefully decorated and very inviting. The room is fully furnished with very stylish matching bed, drawers & very tall wardrobe. It also includes a matching frosted glass curved desk and a super comfortable leather reading arm chair & footstool.

The house is in a nice area of town, on a pleasant street with no bad housing estates nearby or much chance of antisocial kids hanging around on the corner.

Ideally situated just 15 minute drive or bus into the City Centre or less than 10 min bus to Salford Uni. It's also only about a 10 minute walk from Swinton Town centre.

There are also great night buses that run from the city centre to Swinton for going out & getting back. The last one isn't until 3. 30am and would only cost £2!

There would just be you and one other housemate as I am out of the country at the moment.

Bills are obviously split 3 ways with me and the other housemate and 95% of the time come to £90 each per month. These haven't changed much in years.
