My partner and I are looking to rent one of spare rooms out. £650 per month full week or £550 Mon - Fri.

🏡 I bought the 4-bedroom, 3 floor house last year and it’s been a work in progress ever since! We’re now at the point where we’d like to rent out one of our rooms during the week.

The room has been done up to a high standard and still has few bits left to be fitted. :)

🌟 Bathroom right next to the room... my partner and I are on the top floor with our own bathroom so you’d essentially have an en-suite in the mornings. 🛁
🌟 8 min walk to bus stop that goes directly into Manchester City Centre/surrounding areas. Bus every 10mins. (745 / V1 / V2 & V4 vantage)

The rest of the house has been decorated to a high standard. Garden with seating area.

About us

My name’s Jackson and I live with my partner Sam (male). I’m an area manager in food retail and Sam is a musical theatre writer. My career takes a decent amount of my time, so in my personal time I’m very chilled and don’t take things too seriously.
We’re clean, tidy, nice and very respectful.

Who we’re looking for...

Looking for a respectful professional that wants a nice, chilled space to call theirs. Room for only 1 person/no regular visitors etc :)
