I have available a double room for rent in my house, which is located in the Wardley area of Swinton. The house is a 4 bedroom semi-detached with a large corner garden and conservatory.
The house is circa 5 miles from the centre of Manchester and is situated within 6/7 mins walking distance from the train station. The train is an 11 min journey into Manchester Victoria, there is only a 5 mins walk from the house to major bus routes into Manchester also which takes around 30/40 mins. A taxi generally cost somewhere in the region of £12/13 direct from the centre of Manchester City Centre.
The house is 5 mins drive to the M60 ring road should you need to travel out of Manchester and traffic permitting is 10/15min drive into Manchester City centre.
The bedroom for rent comes equipped with all furniture other than a TV, there is wardrobe and a mirror in the room. The rent includes all bills. In the house there is a spare bedroom and a single bedroom used as my office upstairs as well as my own bedroom.
There is only myself living in the property also and I tend to work in the office 3 days a week (9-5:30), so I tend to be around in the evenings only.
The house downstairs has a lounge, back room and a separate kitchen. There is also a downstairs WC and a conservatory off the kitchen, which opens up onto a large patio and garden.
The lounge has a 50’ flat screen TV that has SkyQ, Netflix and Amazon Prime available to use. The kitchen comes equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher and American fridge / freezer, air fryer and coffee machine which all can be used by the Tenant.
Lights around the house are smart in some locations to provide automatic lighting around the property and I also have ring cameras covering the driveway and the back garden for your protection and security.
There is fibre optic broadband within the property and there is a separate room downstairs that can be used as an office space for you if you work from home, this room already has a desk in the space.
There is one main bathroom in the house situated adjacent to the bedroom, this has both a bath and rain shower, which also has a separate handheld shower head. There is also a downstairs WC within the kitchen.
There is a south facing conservatory that opens up onto a large decked patio and gardens, the garden also has a large brick built shed that can store items such as a bicycle and tools etc.
The front of the house is a driveway for 2 cars, so there is space for you to park 1 car if you have one. There is also ample parking around the house for any visitors which is all free to park and no restrictions.
I myself own the house and live here alone, my partner (also pictured on the right) will visit regularly also, we are both friendly and social and looking for someone that is easy to get along with and be sociable with friends / family visiting the house. The ideal tenant will be similar age to myself and be social clean and friendly.
Also in the house is two cats (Toby and Tigger) who will be roaming the house downstairs and outside around the gardens so the future tenant will need to be pet friendly. There would be no requirement for you to look after the cats as they are always looked after by myself.
