Double Room on a lovely quiet street to Rent

Hi, We are seeking someone to rent a room in our house between March - August 2022. We are a couple, both professionals in our late 20's.

The house is situated in Worsley / Swinton area in a lovely quiet community. There is lots of lovely woodlands around for walks. Great transport links to the East Lancs Rd into Manc City Centre and also the Motorway. We have free on street parking and a private drive for parking.

The bedroom is a double room with double size bed (currently a day bed in photo but we will replace with a double!) and plenty of cupboard space. Kitchen is fully equipped. Bathroom has bath and great shower.

Bills are included in the price (inc broadband etc)

Price for 1 person: £600pcm
Price for a couple: £775pcm

Not accepting: Smokers, students or parties. Working professionals preferred.

If you are seeking shorter stays, we are open to that.
