I have a beautiful, spacious, well-lit double ensuite room on the second floor of my house available only for a month.

The room has an office desk, a chair and a wardrobe. The house is just four minutes from the train station and bus stops, and is conveniently located near Asda, Aldi, Morrisons, and Tesco. It has a fast internet connection, a shared living room/dining room, a decent backyard garden, a shed, and parking for two cars. Ideally, the place is suitable for professionals and students. The rents include bills.

I also accept short rentals on a weekly basis.
