Second double bedroom is upstairs. A single room also located on first floor.
One bathroom includes bath tub, toilet, sink and a shower cubicle is available for all on first floor.
Please note that only 4 people will sharing this house including a current tenant.
Broadband not included however the options is available at extra cost of long term contracts.
A new beds/mattress can be provided if required.
New heating system added recently with full smoke alarm system. Beautiful back and front gardens. Parking is available free of charge.
Very good location 15 minutes drive from City Centre. Buses 36, 37 and 38 are about 2 minutes walk from the door step .
East Lancashire motorway is about 2 minutes drive .Very well connected with walking distance to Swinton shopping centre which offers many shops and super markets like Asda, B&Q in addition to many takeaways and restaurants .
Short term rent will be considered however long term contract is eligible for 5% discount.
Utility bills included and additional £50 per room for council tax will be added to room cost. Please note rent value for one person per room not for Couples.
Deposit for one month in advance is required
Since it is a shared house for professionals we can not accept families with young children.
