Large Single Room - Modernised house - Swinton.

I'm an ex media professional looking for a second housemate to share this stunning, newly modernised house in Swinton. (Double room already taken by 25yo NHS professional male). I presently work as a freelance photographer/web-designer. Looking for a reliable housemate who is sociable, clean and tidy and who is willing to pay on a weekly basis (as opposed to monthly) for the room. This is a 'laid back' household as you will see if you come to view. The room is a good size and particularly suitable for student / younger person. (Could fit a double bed if required). Applicants should however be in full-time education/employment and be able to pay the rent on a - weekly basis - preferably on a Sunday but whichever day suits.

Whilst NO SMOKING as a preference (I smoke) - smoking is a strictly outdoors policy.

All rooms are modern and fully furnished but can be rearranged how you prefer. A small desk can be added to the room if needed. Looking for students / young professionals with a sociable side.
