Looking for housemates to share this stunning, newly modernised house in Swinton. Looking for housemates who are clean and tidy and who are willing to pay weekly as opposed to monthly for the rooms. Applicants MUST be in full-time employment and rent to be paid ON-TIME weekly every SUNDAY.
Whilst I have stated NO SMOKING as a preference - if you smoke it is a strictly outdoors policy.

Room 2: 3.1m x 2.8m
The rooms were mainly unfurnished when photographed but will be furnished by the time you arrive. Looking for young people / students / young professionals with a sociable side NOT someone who will spend all day / night in their room.
