The room is furnished with a bed, bedside table, wardrobe, draws and mattress.
The house has a good sized kitchen and living room as well as a conservatory and large garden.
It's located near Swinton and Moorside train stations and on the 36/37/38 bus route which goes to the city centre.
About me: I moved into my first home 7 months ago, it's a 3 bed but I'm living here by myself currently. I'm looking for a lodger, LGBT or LGBT friendly (I'm gay), clean and tidy and easy to get on with. Students, graduates, young professionals etc all welcome!
I'm a civil servant working in green energy. I work from home 3 days a week and go into the office 2 days. I tend to use my evening go maybe go for a run, cook, and watch some tv. I would describe myself as laid back but like being sociable too and usually go out for food/drinks etc on the weekend. I'm also into hiking and other outdoor activities.
It would be nice to find someone similar to have a bit of chat with and would be great if we end up being mates but also happy with just a friendly housemate relationship. Above all I just want us both to feel comfortable 😊
