Double room in house with garden (lgbt friendly)

Hi! A double room is available in my house in Swinton.

The room is furnished with a bed, bedside table, wardrobe, draws and mattress.

The house has a good sized kitchen and living room as well as a conservatory and large garden. The bathroom was renovated a few months ago and there is also a downstairs loo.

It's located near Swinton and Moorside train stations and on the 36/37/38 bus route which goes to the city centre.
Theres a tesco express a 5 min walk away and its 15 mins to the main supermarkets. Theres also a gym a 10 min walk away.

About me: I moved into my first home about a year and a half ago. My current lovely housemate has been with me a year but is moving to Newcastle with her boyfriend. It's a 3 bed house but I use the 3rd room as an office/ spare room. I'm looking for a lodger, LGBT or LGBT friendly (I'm gay), clean and tidy and easy to get on with. Mature students, graduates, young professionals etc all welcome!

I'm a civil servant working in energy efficiency. I work from home 3 days a week and go into the office 2 days. I tend to use my evening go maybe go for a run, cook, and watch some tv. I would describe myself as laid back but like being sociable too and usually go out for food/drinks etc on the weekend. I'm also into hiking and other outdoor activities.

It would be nice to find someone similar to have a bit of chat with and would be great if we end up being mates but also happy with just a friendly housemate relationship. Above all I just want us both to feel comfortable 😊
