Double room in Swinton 🏳️‍🌈

Hello!

I am currently looking for a lodger to rent out a double bedroom in a 2-bedroom house.

The house is situated in Swinton, just outside of Manchester. We are about a 10 minute walk from Swinton train station and there is a bus stop less than a minutes walk away that takes you in and out of the city centre within 35 minutes. There is a beautiful park across the road. Swinton has lots of lovely pubs and restaurants in the local area. There are multiple gyms in the area as well.

Rent is £550 per month, with an additional deposit of £350 upon moving in.
Rent includes water, gas, electric, council tax and internet. The house has a large kitchen/dining room, a livingroom and large bathroom. We have a garden area as well and on street parking.

My name is Tom and I work in Manchester. I moved here from Durham about 10 years ago for university and never went back! I have a degree in writing and performing. I often meet up with my friend and we write scripts together. I go to the gym in my spare time and I really enjoy walking! My partner and I like to go hiking together and with friends when we can so if you’re ever up for that then come along! I really enjoy going to the theatre, although it’s been a while so I’m keen to get back to watching shows! I enjoy meeting up with friends and family and going for a few drinks in town now and then too. I love to go on holiday and travelling.

Not looking for someone keen to have big parties or gatherings regularly, I enjoy a relaxing home atmosphere! So ideally a professional or mature student would be best suited. Like to keep the house clean and tidy so would be looking for someone that lived the same way!
