We live in a big house in Swinton with my partner, and we are looking for someone to live with us as our short-term lodger.

We have a spacious king-size and double-size room available as our flatmate moved out of the house because she relocated closer to her parents.

The house is wonderful, there is a lot of space and huge gardens, we have most of the things available like furniture, appliances, cutlery etc. So it is fully equipped and ready to live in.

Dishwasher, cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, iron, clothes airer, Gaggia coffee machine, Ninja air fryer, blender, diffusers, candles, TV, Netflix, Very fast 500mbps Wifi Broadband are some of the things included.

When it comes to the room, it is very spacious with a massive bay window, double embedded wardrobe and a king-size bed. You can spend time there, especially when reading a book on the desk, watching out the window, where you can just chill and enjoy yourself whatever you're doing.

There is a wide desk and a desk lamp for work and/or study purposes.

Our ex lodger was great, we got along really quickly as we had the same interests like music, sports, traveling and technology. She was a really cool person and she was exceptionally tidy and cleaned after herself, so we both got along due to that as well.

Bathroom in the picture is shared between 2 people.
The council tax band is C.
All bills are included in the rent, so you don't have to worry about that.

The transport to town and Salford University is very straightforward, it's number 36,37,38 (1-minute walk to the stop), just in front of the house.

There is also FREE parking space available on the street.
