Room to rent in Swinton

I have just bought a house in Swinton and considering getting a house mate.

The house is pretty done in terms of renovations but will be completing some small upgrades (like the tv is going on the wall instead in the living room, I still need to add some art work etc). I also need to finish off what would be your room so haven’t included pictures yet. But it has a double bed, large double wardrobe and a set of drawers as well as a tv. We will share the bathroom.

I live here on my own and I work from home. It’s a mid terrace with a loft conversion (the office) and an extension with brand new kitchen. There’s parking on the street outside and it’s a 6-7 min walk to the train station and 3 stops into town (Victoria) which takes 10 mins. Or you can get off at Salford central for Spinningfields area which is what I do when I go into the office. I’m pretty chilled, I love going out for food or more relaxed/casual drinks but equally love a night in.

I’m really just putting the feelers out and seeing if anyone would be interested and I’d rather find the right person than rush into anything as I’d ideally like someone who would be my friend as well as a house mate. I would also be open to midweek/short term lets and can potentially be slightly flexible on rent price. My last two places I have had a flat mate and I kind of miss the company now I’m back to living alone! I can send more about me and the house if you’d be interested, just let me know! X
