Double room with own bathroom

Hey all,
I’m Martin, I’m living on the property with my partner and we looking for responsible person ( or couple ) for our empty room in the house.
The house is two bedroom with tho bathrooms. I use one - other would be all yours.
We have spacious living room and kitchen + garden with table and chairs and grill.
We have big driveway and garage - in garage is table tennis table - available to play.
Me and my partner working during day so from midnight untill 6-7 am is quiet. We keep house very clean and tidy all the time. THE SAME WE WOULD EXPECT FROM U.
Bus stop - 1 min of walk ( 20min to picadelly)
Aldi, Asda, Morrison - 7min walk (2 min drive)
We have some sport/gym equipment free to use

Students welcome

We pay rent every 18th of month, and I require one month deposit.

£700 a month including all bills + £700 deposit

We literally looking for nice genuine person who will help pay bills on time and doesn’t cause problems.
