Independent Living in Large House

Always wanted to live in a big house without the expense? Here we have either a one bed cottage flat or large 35sq mtr Studio, both with independent access. Shared wet room, and games room with seperate office or workspace if required.
The cottage flat has a court yard to relax in. Small, quiet, trained pets considered as well as smokers who go outside to smoke. The cottage is sparsely furnished and the studio currently unfurnished if you have your own or will furnish with what you need. The cottage has its own independent gas supply for heating and cooking which will be the responsibility of the tenant in there. Other bills are split usually 3 ways.
