Bright and comfortable room available in a friendly home with a welcoming couple. We’re easygoing, respectful, and looking for someone who’ll feel at home here. We both enjoy making new friends and always looking to explore the city in our spare time. We are both hardworking professionals who spend a few months a year travelling the world, so don't be surprised if you have the whole apartment to yourselves for months at a time.

The location is excellent for commuters who want to miss the city centre traffic but still want quick access to the centre of Manchester.

- 8 minutes to the M60 motorway
- 15 minute train journey to Victoria Station
- 20 minutes drive to city centre
- 40 minutes to the centre via bus
- 10 minutes walk to Moorside train station and 20 minutes walk to Swinton train station

Room comes fully furnished (new wardrobe and other furniture will be supplied as current photos show old flat mates furniture), TV (new 50inch TV will also be supplied not one shown in photo) and use of Xbox included (as I don't use anymore).

Pets are welcome, so your furry companion is no problem!

Close to local shops and amenities, this is a comfortable and relaxed home. Enjoy short commutes to the charming village of Worsley or just 10 minutes to the vibrant Monton town centre, with its many bars, cafes, and restaurants.
