Spare room available for rent (£625 Inc. all bills). Modern detached house with garage, underfloor heating. Situated in a very quiet setting.
5 minute walk to the local shop and bus route to The Trafford Centre and Prestwich Hospital.
The spare room is furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, bed side table, shelf unit and a built-in wardrobe.
As I use my own ensuite, there would be exclusive access to the main bathroom.
I temporarily have a cat and smoking can be permitted downstairs.
There is a parking space usually available at the front of the house.
There's 500mb fibre-optic broadband, gas oven, washer-drier, downstarirs toilet, shared living room with 46" TV, dining room, bar area with fridge/and outside seating.
