Single room in lovely house, with 2 cats

Hi, I'm a friendly person who likes to chat and have a laugh but also understands the need for your space and downtime. I have two cats so really important that you like cats (they don't understand personal space as well). I have an occasional mid week visitor who comes here for work, also friendly. It would be great to find someone who shares the same interests but if not, all that really matters is that you respect my home and show willingness to be helpful sometimes - I'm away a lot so it would be great if sometimes you helped look after cats. I live a peaceful life and would like that to continue, so bringing other people into the house is out of the question at first, at least until we get to know each other. Also really important that you look after home security, checking doors are locked etc. You'd have a bathroom across the landing mainly to yourself, there's a balcony and garden to chill out in, a living room with TV, and of course kitchen and washing area. I don't mind you cooking non vegetarian food as long as you don't do big fry ups in the middle of the night.
If you spend all your time online and don't value communication, or you don't have a job and life of your own, this isn't the place for you. I'd like to be generous, the guest has to meet me part way.
