Looking for trust-worthy, easy to get on with, easy to communicate with person who is a clean and tidy, respectful professional. Will share with landlord, who is away for part of the week (and is a primary school teacher). Wife and dog will visit property occasionally.
Will consider mature student or work from home but the rent would be higher to cover the additional heating costs etc. if having someone in the house during the day.

Large kitchen/dinner, shared lounge, shared bathroom. WiFi and all bills included. Regular cleaner.

5 mins walk to a bus stop to Salford Royal. 5 mins walk to local shops.
10/15 mins walk to main bus route into Manchester/Bolton etc.
5 mins drive to Swinton supermarkets and train station.

Please note that this house is in a quiet area, not in the middle of town.

I am accustomed to sharing with a lodger and am very respectful of your space and privacy whilst also being friendly and very easy to get on with.
