Lovely, bright, sunny and ground-floor bedroom in comfortable house. Quiet location with peaceful, leafy outlook. New carpet, bed, wardrobe and is freshly decorated. Can add/change some furniture to suit.

Looking for trust-worthy, easy to get on with, easy to communicate with person who is a clean and tidy, respectful professional. Will share with landlord, who is away for part of the week (and is a primary school teacher). Wife and dog will visit property occasionally. Sorry, not looking for student or work from home.

Large kitchen/dinner, shared lounge, shared bathroom. WiFi and all bills included. Regular cleaner.

5 mins walk to a bus stop to Salford Royal. 5 mins walk to local shops.
10/15 mins walk to main bus route into Manchester/Bolton etc.
5 mins drive to Swinton supermarkets and train station.

I am accustomed to sharing with a lodger and am very respectful of your space and privacy whilst also being friendly and very easy to get on with.
