*Interior Designed Victorian Terrace*

Hi

I have a spare room in my Victorian end terrace house available now.

I am the live out landlady who is looking for a like minded person to join the current tenant, who has been there for 3 years. She is 30 years old, working in a law practice in marketing. Loves to cook and watch films. Enjoys coming home to a relaxed atmosphere after work and chill out with a glass of wine and a bit of TV, whether it is something serious, or trashy! At the weekend she is quite often away or busy with friends, but occasionally goes into town for drinks, checking out the new restaurants and hitting the dance floor. This is usually something along the lines of South or Northern Quarter.

The house has all mod cons including large open plan kitchen with range five burner gas stove, American style fridge freezer, washing machine and dining table. Lounge with two large sofas, plasma TV and gas flame fire.

Garden at the back of the property with decking and large planted raised bed. There is also table and chairs for the summer and quite happy for you to have BBQs in the summer.

The double bedroom looking over the back to the property is available for rent. This has views overlooking large trees and school field, so plenty of visual space and not a back to back setting. Bedroom comprises of one double divan bed, side table, lamp, large mirror fronted IKEA wardrobe and drawers with solid oak flooring. This is a nice light bedroom which has recently been painted white.

Shared bathroom with all the usual appliances plus a rain effect shower!

This was my home before I moved down to London and because of that, I have decorated it to be a real home, not just a rental property. Now I have permanently moved away, I want to have someone join my long standing tenant, who will look after their new space and enjoy new company in a place they can really call home.

All bills included, gas, electricity, council tax, virgin broadband.
