Room to rent in a cute mid terraced house

I have one double room for rent in my beautifully decorated terraced house. The bedroom is fully furnished with a new comfy double bed, and a wardrobe and chest of drawers.
The house has two large rooms downstairs, comprising of a front room and dining room, then a large galley kitchen with a utility room and downstairs toilet.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a large bathroom with shower and separate bath.

There is a newly renovated back yard which is a sun trap in the summer.

Parking wise it is residential parking only on the street between the hours of 8am til 4pm Monday to Saturday. There has to be a parking permit displayed in your vehicle at all times.

The house is located near 3 large supermarkets so you are spoilt for choice. There is a local shopping centre.

The location of my house is great for anyone who works in Manchester City Centre, its quite close to all motorway links also. Swinton's main train station is walking distance from my house.
