Double room with it's own bathroom

Hi my name is Clare and I have a double room available for rent in the Swinton area, the room comes with a bathroom next to it with a bath/ shower etc that is for the use of that room. it's very convenient for shops, buses to town are every 2 minutes and right next to the east lancs that go straight in to town, there are some great restaurants within walking distance and Monton village is just a 20min walk for great bars etc I'm clean and tidy and love girly chats or take away nights.. Also love cooking :) I like a lot of my own space as well so I'm often watching a film in my bedroom or out for walks. I've just finished renovating the house so it's got a nice garden to sit in and a lovely cosy open fire for winter. Id ideally like a female house mate similar minded to myself. All bills are included in the price this includes Internet, council tax etc even netflix and logs for the fire! It is a double with a 32" TV on the wall and small walk in wardrobe. Room is available from 1st Dec, I know it's early but I want to get the right person so let me know if you would like to come and view it :-) thanks, Clare
