Fun & Easy going House Share

Hello all,
As all good things come to an end, our house mate is moving out after three years. We are looking for cool, easy going, like-minded individuals.
We are young professionals, massive sports & movies fans, that enjoy quiet weekdays with cooking and tv series or football when its on. Weekends are all about relaxing, going out with friends and charging up those batteries for the week ahead.
This is a very spacious ensuite room with a nice view of the park across the road and has to be viewed to be appreciated; it is available furnished.
The house is very close to local amenities and has excellent transport links (<5min walking distance to stops) to Manchester city centre all around the clock either by bus (No 8) or by train. Off-road parking also available if required, house is located 5 minutes from J16-M60.
