I had the whole house renovated four years ago and created three high quality rooms to rent out. They were all rented out from a couple of months after the work being completed but time moves on and one of my current flatmates is moving on to her own house.

The room will be available from the start of July.

As well as free internet (unlimited monthly download limit) There is also a cleaner who comes to the property once a week and included in the price is that your room and bathroom is cleaned every other week.

A little bit about me :) I'm an accountant who works Monday to Friday and likes to relax/recover at weekends. I enjoy the normal things in life i. e. going out to eat/for a drink and travelling.

The other flatmates in the house are both great fun and very down to earth. We all work pretty much in a 9-5 work pattern and hopefully any new housemate will have the same sort of routine. It makes life so much easier...

The room to let is able to be viewed after 6pm or at weekends.
