This house has recently been fully refurbished to a very high standard. All rooms are:
• En suite, - no shared bathrooms!
• Double bed with luxury mattress,
• Either 2 double wardrobes or a triple wardrobe, drawers and bedside cabinets,
• TV aerial points and USB ports.
Very large communal Kitchen/diner with 2 ovens, lots of cupboard space, large table and chairs, washer, dryer, and all kitchen equipment provided.
Includes all bills: council tax, TV license, Gas/electric, superfast broadband, Full TV package including Sports/Films etc. A cleaner visits once per week to clean communal areas. All communal cleaning materials & sundries provided.
Optional Additional services include:
Cleaning of your bedroom/bathroom
Ironing service - collected and returned the next day
Within walking distance from the house (200 yards) you will find a good selection of takeaways, restaurants, and major supermarkets (Aldi, Morrisons and Asda)
It is conveniently located for access to all major motorways, the M60, M602, M62 and M61 are a 2/3 minute drive from the house with the following driving times:
Salford Quays/Media City – 10 Minutes
Trafford Park – 15 minutes
Salford Shopping Centre – 5 minutes
Manchester City Centre – 10/15 Minutes
Trafford Centre 15 minutes
The house is located opposite the train station and on a bus route which will take you into Salford, Manchester and Bolton.
This house is for working professional people only. We are looking for nice respectful housemates who would like to live in a clean environment where all tenants believe in cleaning up after themselves.
I am a hands on landlord, live locally and manage my own properties so any issues reported are dealt with in a timely way. I consider myself responsive to the needs of my tenants. I vet prospective tenants carefully and my current tenants get involved in viewings to ensure we get a good match in terms of ‘like minded’ people.
Please Note: I do not charge big admin fees, I don’t constantly increase the rent and don’t ask for huge deposits and all deposits are returned in a timely manner.
