Double Room - Females Only

Hi, I have a double room available. The room has built in mirrored wardrobes.

The room is at the back of the house, overlooking the garden. The house is situated in a cul-de-sac.

All bills included. High speed wifi.

You would share a bathroom with one other female.

The house is very clean. During the last few years a new bathroom has been installed. The house has also been redecorated and new carpets laid.

Large kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, air fryer and fridge freezer.

It’s a 10 minute walk to Navigation Road tram stop. Twenty minute tram ride into the city centre. Fifteen minute drive to the airport. Five minute drive into Altrincham.

Large, sunny garden. Gets the sun all day.

Driveway and street parking available.
