Garden Room Females Only

Hi, I have a garden room with king size bed, walk in wardrobe, en-suite bathroom, fridge/freezer and microwave available immediately.

The room is semi self contained. You would have access to the kitchen and lounge in the main house.

The room has patio doors which look out over the garden. The room has been recently decorated and most of the furniture and fixtures are new. The mattress is brand new. The room is very well insulated to keep it cosy in winter and cool in summer. Electric heating. Wi-Fi. The bathroom has a large shower.

It’s a ten minute walk to Navigation tram/train station. Twenty minute tram ride into Manchester City centre. Fifteen minute drive to the airport. Five minute drive into Altrincham.

The main house has a large kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. Large sunny garden which gets the sun all day.

Driveway and street parking available.

Looking for nice, easy going, clean and quiet female to share my lovely home with myself and 2 other female housemates.
