The flat is a 10-15 minute walk from Timperley Metrolink, in the heart of Timperley Village. Close by is Altrincham Town Centre, Hale Manchester Airport and Wythenshawe hospital.
The apartment is well looked-after, furnished and the single room available is not overlooked. It has ample space and storage, heated with double glazing and there is ample parking.
