Looking for a new flatmate - double en-suite room

My flatmates moving out so I’m looking for someone to replace her asap💗 we have a 2 bed furnished apartment just next to the Salford Quays and you’ll have a large double room with an en-suite (shown in the video). The building has a 24hr concierge, cinema room, co-working spaces, rooftop and terrace and is right next to the tram stop which is 10 mins from the city centre. There’s a retail park across the road 5 mins walk away with Aldi, M&S, Home Bargains, Iceland, the gym and other home stores so it’s a really good location. There’s also a Tesco and Lidl 10 mins walk away

I work full time from home but often go out to work in cafes. I love going to the gym, cooking, going out for food/drinks, generally getting out in the city, occasional nights out and equally love a night in. Looking for someone who’d love to be friends too!

Bills are £148-£170 each which includes electricity, water, council tax and wifi

There’s free street parking which I use & contract parking nearby but you also might be able to rent out a space in the building if it’s available for an additional cost (spots are allocated to apartments)
