Double Room/En-suite for 3 months

Hiya.
Currently in my 2nd year of University.
So I only work every other weekend, completing academic work through the week, unless I’m on placement.

The flat is on the Quay, great for walking/jogging, also, a 5 minute walk along the river to media city and the tram stop is a stones throw away.

Double room/en-suite, double wardrobe, 2 small draws, 1 large drawers.
Flat is fully furnished, although you would need to bring own bedding/duvet/pillows.
There is a street to park on but there is no allocated parking spot.
