En-suite room to sublet in Old Trafford

Hello :)

Looking for someone to sublet a room with an en-suite in the flat we will be moving into at the start of January. Rent including bills is £850, with parking space £900.

About the flat:
• 6 min walk to White City retail (Aldi, M&S, home bargains, etc)
• 2 min walk away from tram stop
• right next to media city
• cinema room
• green areas/spaces
• study/working lounge
•concierge
• new building so very aesthetically pleasing
• launderette
• comes with a dishwasher and washing machine

A little bit about us:
• We are a couple male and female, with cats.
• Both work full time jobs
• we are both extremely easy going, clean and respectful of space. We love to cook, game, go out to eat/walks and lots more.
• we have a Hoover/mopping robot so no crummy floors EVER!
• love to bake so many sweet treats

We would love someone who is clean, respectful and doesn’t mind a little snuggly fur ball cosying up to them on the sofa. (Cat)
