Room to rent

I have a room to rent in my two bedroom house, very clean and tidy apart from my dog who likes to keep me on my toes and scatter his toys everywhere.

I have a 9 month old dog so if you don’t like dogs this house isn’t for you, I do try take him everywhere I go but when I’m in work he obviously has to stay at home so it would be a bonus if you could let him out to do his business as I do shift work at the hospital so most times I don’t know whether I’m coming or going, so could have the house to your self most the time because 99% chance I’m either at work/ uni or at my friends houses annoying them!

Also in what would be your bedroom I need to get the Ariel fixed so I’ll do it when i know someone wants the room as I don’t go in there so pointless doing it now, otherwise all you can watch is Netflix soz🤦🏼‍♀️💆🏼
